The bottom half is made from food grade stainless-steel and the top half is a dark, midnight colored food grade silicon. This product is dishwasher safe and BPA-free. Not for stove top or microwave use. The tea egg measures 1 1/2” in diameter and 6” tall. It can hold 1 generous tsp of loose-leaf tea.
